Dear Customers,
Please note that the processing of returns and claims can be delayed due to the current situation. We ask for your understanding.

Gaan Daan grants a 7 day right of return. Regardless of your statutory rights, we grant you a voluntary right of return for 7 days from receipt of the goods.

DEFECT: When registering a defect, we need a description of the damage, photos, the invoice number and your customer number. Your claim will then be processed individually.
CANCELLATION: When registering a defect, we need the invoice number, your customer data and the reason for the return.

WE WILL INFORM YOU HOW TO PROCEED 

After receiving your registration, we will contact you as soon as possible and inform you of the further procedure.

Additional costs incurred due to non-registered returns will be charged and deducted from the refund.
Additional costs of non-free returns will be charged and deducted from the refund.
Additional costs resulting from a missing / faulty customs clearance will be invoiced and deducted from the reimbursement.
