Shipping Terms & Conditions Policy

1. Processing & Handling Times

In-Stock Items: Orders are typically processed and prepared for dispatch within [2–5] business days.

Made-to-Order / Backordered Items: Special orders, custom fabrications, or items shipped directly from overseas manufacturers may carry an estimated lead time of [2–8] weeks. Lead times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Modifications: Once an order has entered production or processing, changes or cancellations may incur a [15–20%] re-stocking/cancellation fee.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Types

Due to the size and weight of auto body panels, bumpers, splitters, and full kits, items are shipped via one of two methods:

Standard Parcel (Courier): Small accessories, side skirts, badges, and hardware ship via standard parcel services (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS).

Freight Delivery (LTL Freight): Large components (hoods, fenders, bumpers, widebody kits) ship via standard LTL freight carrier on pallets or oversized boxes.Crucial Freight Requirement: All LTL freight deliveries require a recipient signature upon arrival. Offloading heavy packages from the freight vehicle is the customer's responsibility unless liftgate service was specifically purchased.

3. Inspection & Freight Damage Policy (Strict)

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. DAMAGE CLAIMS WILL BE REJECTED IF THIS PROCEDURE IS NOT FOLLOWED.

Bodykit materials (Fiberglass, FRP, Carbon Fiber, ABS) are susceptible to transit damage if mistreated by freight carriers.

Inspect Before Signing: Upon delivery, you must inspect the outer packaging and open the shipment to examine the contents BEFORE signing the delivery driver's proof of delivery (POD) receipt.

If Damage Is Found:

Severe Damage: Refuse the package completely and write "Refused Due to Transit Damage" on the driver's POD sheet. Take clear photographs immediately.

Minor Damage/Uncertainty: If you accept the delivery, you MUST explicitly write "Subject to Inspection - Box Damaged / Contents Damaged" on the driver's delivery receipt before signing.

Notification Window: You must report any shipping damage or missing items to our support team at [Support Email] within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by high-resolution photos of the outer box, shipping label, and damaged part.

Waiver of Liability: If you or your representative sign the delivery receipt clean (without notation of damage or refusal), you assume full responsibility, and freight claims cannot be honored.

4. International Shipping & Customs Duties

Taxes & Import Duties: For international orders, prices listed on our website exclude local customs taxes, VAT, duties, and import fees. The recipient is solely responsible for clearing customs and paying all applicable local duties.

Refused Customs: If a package is returned to us because local duties were unpaid or delivery was refused, shipping fees (both ways) and any return penalties will be deducted from your refund.

5. Address Accuracy & Rerouting

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.

Residential delivery for oversized freight usually requires a scheduled appointment arranged by the carrier via phone. Ensure your contact phone number is accurate.

Any address changes requested after dispatch or re-delivery fees charged by carriers due to missed appointments are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Fitment Disclaimer & Professional Installation

Aftermarket Fitment: Bodykits are aftermarket modifications. Minor prepping, trimming, sanding, or filling is standard industry practice prior to painting and final mounting.

Pre-Fitment Test: Always test fit the items prior to sanding, priming, or painting. Parts that have been painted, modified, drilled, or altered in any way cannot be returned or claimed for fitment defects.

Professional installation by a licensed body shop experienced with FRP/Carbon Fiber components is strongly recommended.
